ILMA University, established in 2001 by the Global Educational Consultants Society (GEC), has become a leading institution committed to academic excellence. Chartered by the Government of Sindh under Act No. II of 2004, ILMA University gained independence as a degree-awarding institution, later achieving full university status in 2017 through legislative action.
In the 2024 Times Higher Education Impact Ranking, ILMA University earned top honors as the best university in Sindh and the second-best private sector university in Pakistan. With a 24-year history, the university has produced over 5000 skilled graduates serving both nationally and internationally.
