Pakistan Research Repository is a project of the Higher Education Commission to promote the international visibility of research originating out of institutes of higher education in Pakistan. It provides a free, single-entry access point to view the manuscript of research executed, and distribute this information as widely as possible.
Digital Book Index provides links to more than 165,000 full-text digital books from more than 1800 commercial and non-commercial publishers, universities, and various private sites. More than 140,000 of these books, texts, and documents are available free.

: Punjab Information Technology Board and Youth Affairs, Sports, Archelogy & Tourism Department on the directions of Chief Minister Punjab has established e-Libraries in 20 districts of Punjab. A central digital library has been established at the Punjab Information Technology Board data centre to provide online access to full text eBooks, eJournals, eTheses, online reference collections, Nobel laureate collections, documentaries, simulated videos and other local and international resources. A Union Catalogue of e-Libraries in Punjab has also been developed to facilitate sharing of resources across Punjab.
The ultimate goal of the Open Library is to make all the published works of humankind available to everyone in the world. While large in scope and ambition, this goal is within our grasp. Achieving it will require the participation of librarians, authors, government officials and technologists.
The eLibrary is the virtual library of the Goethe-Institut Karachi for Pakistan. This service allows you to borrow digital media, such as ebooks, audio and video files, and electronic newspapers and magazines, for a predetermined period of time, by downloading them from our eLibrary.
